Team JP

Hi Team JP:

This blog is set-up to organize a Learning Conference and a Get to-gather for all members of JP's room.

Need to resolve the following:

1) Location (Las Vegas)

2) When and for how many days.

3) Week days or Week-end

4) List of attendee

5) Agenda and list of speakers ( Any one that would like to do a presentation on their expertise or the trades set-ups that have consistently worked for them).

Example:

a) JP reviewing MP trade set-ups.

b) Plantpro about business plan

c) ROBAIM

d) Chester

e) Tradergirl

f) Baito on options

h) Chad (presentation on IRT/MD charting program

Add your name to this list and the area of expertise you are willing to discuss such as trade management, emotional management, steps it took to become consistent profitable trader.


6) Contribution to host this conference such as meeting room and audio and visual aids.

7) All team members will make their own travel arrangements and pay for the room themselves.



I am willing to spend some time in getting this thing started but will need some help in making it a success.

    Count me in.

    As some here know, I'm a shrink (licensed PhD clinical psych.) I'm no longer very active in the field, but my background is in organizational crisis mgmnt and CISD (critical incident stress de-briefing). I'm not a "therapist" type...

    I have consulted for a major financial inst. since 1995 as well as a few govt. agencies since 2001 providing CISD, FFD (fitness for duty evaluations)and such.

    The main reason I'm no longer active in the field is that I became burned out being surrounded by dysfunctional, negative, and highly stressed out folks. Plus, I can make as much $ (sometimes more) trading, which gives me more time with my family.

    My current interests are in performance enhancement via sports psychology and other modalities.

    I can do a presentation for sure, but I only have limited time to help out with any planning.....I would be willing to help out a little just as long it is known that event planning is NOT my strength and there are others helping out as well.

    I also have an old friend (who i haven't seen in years) that moved to Vegas several years ago who might be of interest for a presentation.....he's a martial arts expert (Thai kick boxing was his specialty the last i heard) and he now has a fitness biz in Vegas. It might be interesting to hear how a top martial artist stays focused.
